Shipping policy

Most orders are picked and shipped ( assumed in stock ) the same working day if received "paid" before 2pm, Monday to Thursday, picking & dispatch will be the following next working day

If orders are received after 2pm, In busier periods this may move to the next working days for dispatch.

If your order is received on friday or the day before a bank holiday after 2pm the order will not be shipped until the following next working dispatch day and will not be fulfilled until that day.

Items are normally received in 24 hours from dispatch subject to availability, but we state 2-5 days as this is carrier dependant.

PLEASE NOTE ! 

Deliveries are not timed and can be upto 6pm.

Communication in most cases will be sent if in rare cases there are alterations to be considered or a delay in production appears.

An automated email that we have received your order once purchased will follow.

An automated fullfilment order email once your item is packed and being dispatched ( but not in all cases ). tracking may not always be available this us is due to the selected carrier chosen to get the product to you safe and in take, sometimes this can be delayed due to administration.

Delivery charges may vary dependant on product selected or if a product has an extended lead time.

Combining product types can increase deleivery charges ( trims and ironmongery on the same order as an example ) this is due to which warehouse fulfilment is from.

Upto £250 = £24.99

Express £30 S.T.A.

£250+ may qualify for free delivery.

Ironmongery = £9.99 -£14.99

Express = £19.99
