Glazing aluminium U Channels - Two-Part Chair / Bead 25x25x3m

These two-part glazing aluminium U channels are engineered for floor and wall abutments, allowing straightforward glass installation at panel run ends. Ideal for smaller sidelights, screens, and classic wall abutments, they are commonly known as chair and bead channels.

Base U Channel Example

Below example shows glass inserted into base track and glazing bead, gasket is then simply pushed into place to dry fit after glazing bead is inserted, packers recommeded to protect base of glass.

Wall Abutment Glazing U Channel Example

Below example shows glass inserted into track as an abutment example ( down a wall ) gasket is then simply pushed into fit after glazing bead is inserted, clerance for shuffle glazing to be considered when using this method.
