Are generally extended bolts drilled and fixed through a door leaf, these handles are dual sided, meaning two handles per pack, using grub scews to secure handles, roses are optional.

Pull Handle Example - Secret Fixings

Secret fix handles are commonly used when pull handles are required on one side of the door leaf and to stop any drilling detail through the door leaf, supplied as single side handles and with a secret fixing kit as below, please note look my vary to diagram shown below.
