The recommended method for applying double sided flat bar high bond tape is after the flat bars have been cut down, ensuring that no metal splinters remain on the surface. prior to application the surface must be free of grease and dust, and the use of roller to apply contact pressure is highly advised for optimal results. It is important to note that both sides of the glass should be covered with flat bars to prevent the tape from being visible through the glass during installation.
