Glazing Profiles Overview
Aluminium Glazing U Channel profiles are aimed for fast installation with minimal effort and a slim line perimeter design for maximum light, they can be used for a varity of applications, both commercial and residentially.
These simple partition profiles fall under the frame-less non acoustic banner, they have been used for many years with-in the industry due to there versatile use and when acoustic test evidence is not required, if you have any questions please contact us.

General Information / Options

  • Ceiling or Head channel options are 25mm x 25mm or 50mm in depths.
  • Wall or base channels are 2pc 25mm x 25mm in depth.
  • Blanking plate section for glass door fixing, clips into ceiling / head channel.
  • Optional flat bars & tape ( critall banding looks & styles ).
  • Dry push in gaskets-  scope 10 to 13mm glass thickness's.
  • Silcone fix glass or panel upto 18mm maximum.
  • Glass to glass jointing options for several side by side panels.
  • Choice of 4 stock colours & bespoke requests ( MOQ please email ).
  • Durable heavy duty powder coating.
  • Supplied in 3000mm lengths.

Glass / panels deductions - Example

1000 x 1000mm panel = less -24mm left to right & top to bottom so the panel size would be 976x976mm this provides enough clearance to fit the panel and shuffle glaze ( move ) before the gasket or silcone fixing is applied.

Packers recommended on base to protect glass from mechnical fixings.

Wider screens with several panels allow and extra -4mm deduction for each glass joint used, glass edge preperation essential.

We recommend that all glass edges are ground with a arris/chamfer for safe handling.
