Glass Partitioning Profiles 25mm - are aluminium glazing U channel profiles aimed for fast installation with minimal effort and and offer a slim line perimeter design for maximum light penetration in glazing projects.

These simple aluminium partition profiles fall under the glass partition frame-less non-acoustic banner, they have been used for many years with-in the glazing industry due to there versatile nature and use when acoustic test evidence is genrally not a requiement.

• Ceiling wall floor profiles are 25mm x 25mm Dimensions.
• Channels thickness is 1.75mm Dimensions.
  
• Blanking plate section for glass door fixing, clips into ceiling / head channel.
• Optional glazing flat bars & VHB tape ( crital style banding looks & styles ).
• Dry push in gaskets - for 10 to 13mm glass thickness.
• Glass panels can be silicone fixed upto 18mm maximum in thickness.
• Glass 2 glass dry jointing options for side by side panels.
• 4 stock colours / aluminium & RAL bespoke requests ( MOQ please email ).
• Durable heavy duty powder coating.
• Supplied in 3000mm lengths.

Glass / panels general deductions - Example

1000 x 1000mm panel = minus 24mm left to right & top to bottom, so the panel size would be 976x976mm this provides enough clearance to fit the panel and shuffle glaze ( move left to right pack up and down ) before the glass is fixed with either gaskets or silicone fixing is applied.

Packers recommended on base to protect glass from mechanical fixings.

Wider screens with several panels please allow an extra minus -4mm deduction width for each glass joint used in project, polished and ground glass edge preperation essential.

We recommend that all glass edges are ground with a arris/chamfer for safe handling.
